Knowing the typical tone of Neil's tweets, he probably did that just to be a tease. I get the feeling that, if their reunion sushi had anything to do with a Good Omens movie or something along those lines, information would have leaked by now. We're just an awesome fanbase like that, ya know? ;)

I dunno, he's been pretty informative lately with the Dr. Who stuff and all.

Also, Terry looks good and Neil needs a haircut XD

The meaning behind all this is probably ineffable.

Better that than something actually relating to GO, I'm convinced.

(I may be alone in this, but I hope a film is never made. I don't think I'd ever be happy with the casting, no matter what, and the adaptation would be butchered six ways to Sunday if Hollywood had its druthers *sigh*)

You're not alone. ;)

If it was made as a TV mini-series like some of the Discworld novels, maybe. As a Hollywood film with Famous People in the roles, I think I would hate it so much. Especially if they did the standard American idea of a British accent for Aziraphale, which usually makes me want to punch someone even when it's on a character I don't give a toss about.

Maybe. In all honesty, though, I think I'm opposed to any kind of screen adaptation altogether. A film with a sound, reasonable budget and a clever effects team, plus talented nobodies acting? Maybe maybe. But you'd never get that. As looks go, I keep thinking these days that I'd give Cillian Murphy (admittedly not a nobody) a nod for Crowley, but I think Aziraphale would be pretty much impossible to cast. Adam would be difficult, too. As would Anathema. HARD TO CAST CHARACTERS, is my point :)

It means it's time for another Apocalypse. And I haven't even gotten out my fall wardrobe yet.
