                The snow fell fast one January evening.  Anyone with any sense wouldn’t have been driving on the slick roads, the hypnotically falling flakes making it difficult to see.  Unfortunately, Torchwood has never had an over abundance of sense.  The only thing Torchwood seemed to have in abundance was alien and rift activity.
