Yeah you're right. I think I was being too excited to try to experiment. WHen I realized that I am not yet that familiar with the ingredients, I told myself to go back reading. ANd yep, I know reading from the cookbook will enhance my skill. :>

I cook risotto quite often, it is easy and tasty. I know the very easy recipe of it - the vegetarian is the easiest, the same with chiken- is longer a bit, but not much more difficult:) If you need a recipe, I can share it with you:)

Oh why? We used to talk about cooking and how I told you that I really don't know what to cook but eggs. Then you told me that it isn't that hard. Well you used to tell me that it's all easy, so little by little I explored. Until I watch cooking shows and got hook up. lol :)
