i am wanting to binge again so badly but i already did today.

i had miso soup, cream of wheat cereal (120 cal total for both), but then i had a salad that had a ton of fattening crap in it AND a chocolate croissant. probably over 1000 cal. i already feel guilty but i want to eat MORE.

i need to take my mind off of it.
