Last week NPR ran a weeklong celebration of Letters of Note, featuring a different letter each weekday. That did motivate me to pay more attention to the book that has been on my bed for Ten Months. I haven’t made note of a Layer Tennis match in a long, long time... Seven Years! But I do still watch some of the matches. Today’s match between Glenn Jones and Flavio Montiel will probably go down in Layer Tennis history, though... and not because of the art, excellent as it was. ...except me. I’m the only person who gets annoyed with very, very minor layout issues. In this case, the annoyances were in my blog at Dreamwidth. Today I spent a few hours tweaking the heck out of the CSS to get things placed more along my preferences. I didn’t get started on Dreamwidth work until about 7 pm this evening (Saturday). I started working from LiveJournal’s Expressive layout - but then changed direction and decided to mutate Dreamwidth’s Five AM layout.
