Jin pulled away from the scene again. “Kazuya can’t break up with me. He can’t! I’ll never let that happen!”
Jin, wake up. Please?

“No…” A faint whisper could be heard from a pale body that was currently lying on the bed.
Kazuya, who was clutching on Jin’s hand firmly and whose head was buried beside Jin’s body while crying desperately, looked up once he heard the soft voice. His eyes widened when his lover’s eyes were finally blinking open and tried to adjust to the surroundings.
Kazuya’s eyes filled with fresh tears again when he saw Jin finally waking up.
“Jin,” He called.
“W-Where am I?” Jin’s voice was husky due to the lack of water he had in his body after being in a coma. “Oh Jin!” The younger man threw himself against the older man and sobbed. The latter still had to have a few minutes before he realized that it was his Kazuya that was currently hugging him.
“Kazuya,” Jin smiled faintly as he patted the younger man’s head comforting him.
Kazuya looked at him and smiled in return with tears still in his eyes. “I’m so happy you finally woke up, Jin.” He pressed his lips softly against the other and pulled away. Jin tried to muster up all his remaining strength to lift his right hand up to wipe away the tears across Kazuya’s cheeks. “Me too. It’s been quite a long time since I saw your face again, love.”
Just in time, a nurse decided to go in and check on the patient. “Mr. Kamenashi, I’m here to take a look at Mr. Akanishi now and…” Her eyes suddenly widened with the situation Jin and Kazuya were in. “Oh God, I’ll call a doctor,” And she rushed out of the room to get Jin’s doctor to tell him about Jin’s waking up.
Jin smirked once the nurse left. He turned back to Kazuya again and said, “Well, so much for ruining the moment,” while rubbing their noses together and the other could just smile at that.

“How are you feeling, Akanishi-san?” The doctor asked while he checked Jin’s IV bags and pulse rate and wrote down things on his clipboard. “Tired, thirsty,” Jin pouted but Kazuya could just smile and passed him a bottle of water and helped him drink it.
He had already called Jin’s family to inform them about Jin’s recovery. They were already on their way to meet him and so were their other friends. They were all excited to meet Jin.
“It’s a good thing your body recovered quickly and your bones have completely healed. All you have left are some bruises and scars which could also disappear in a matter of weeks.” The doctor explained. Jin could just nod. “We’ll see when you can already be discharged. In the meantime, you have to stay here in the hospital for further checkups and diagnosis.” And with that, the doctor left with the nurse.
Kazuya and Jin watched as the professionals left leaving the two of them alone again. The younger man didn’t know what to say. He just looked at the other and tried. “You look thinner, Jin.”
Jin could only blink. “I’d be surprised if I wasn’t,” And both of them chuckled at that. Suddenly, a realization hit Jin.
“I did before. But I broke up with him 8 years ago.”
Jin’s eyes suddenly widened when he remembered what he saw that happened while he was still unconscious. Kazuya noticed this and asked worriedly. “What’s wrong?” Jin looked at him sadly and apologized. “I’m sorry, Kazu.”
The younger man looked at him oddly. “What for Jin?”
“For saying mean things to you and acting so rudely and stupid,” Jin whispered sadly as he looked away from his lover’s eyes. The latter could just smile and advance closer to his lover and brush his fingers through the other’s soft hair. “Don’t worry about it, Jin. It already happened 6 months ago. Forget it already. We really happen to say the wrong things sometimes when we’re angry.” Kazuya explained, trying to calm down Jin.
“Yes, but still. I’m really scared of losing you, Kazu. While I was still unconscious, I saw you with this other girl and…and…God! I can’t believe it!” Jin said, trying hard to clear his minds from those horrid images. Kazuya kissed the other’s cheek and reassured him again. “I won’t leave you, I promise.”
But Jin still wasn’t convinced.
He wants to do something about it
He needs to do something about it.

“Oh God, I can’t believe I was out for 6 months,” Jin exhaled while his friends were there to visit him.
“We know! Did you know how hard it was to keep the band going without you there? Especially Kazuya, it also seemed like he was out too,” Koki explained making Kazuya throw an apple slice at him.
“I was not!” Kazuya defended but apparently he was ignored.
Jin could only chuckle. “Oh come on, I was away for 6 months for LA but you still kept it going,” He said. “But you were alive and we got to visit you then,” Koki said and the others couldn’t agree more.
Jin frowned. “Well…just think of it this way, I miss you guys too?” He smiled sheepishly making the others just shake their heads at him. They’ll just never get used to without Jin being there. Now who wouldn’t miss their Bakanishi saying stupid things?

“Wow brother, I look more macho than you now!” Reio exclaimed. It was Jin’s family who were currently present in the room at that time. Kazuya and the others went out for lunch. Kazuya went too since the others, including Jin, forced him to go outside since he was always too busy to take care of Jin.
“Ha! In your dreams, Reio,” Jin ruffled his little brother’s hair while grinning making the other just frown at his brother’s teasing.
“Now, now, you two,” Mrs. Akanishi warned as she passed some fruit slices to her sick son and some chips for Reio. “Oh come on dear, let the two catch up on each other. You know how Reio looked when Jin wasn’t around. He looked so bored and lonely without his big brother always wrestling him.” Mr. Akanishi laughed making Jin grin at his brother more.
“Aww, now who was getting sick of being an only child for 6 months?” Reio frowned more from his brother’s teasing but he knows how much he missed him anyway.
“It’s not my fault!” And they all laughed together.

Days passed and it was already decided when Jin’s going to be discharged. At first his family and Kazuya agreed that it would be best if Jin would stay with his family for awhile until he is confirmed to be fully recovered but the patient seemed to disagree.
“No! I want to stay with Kazu!”
“Jin…” Kazuya started but Jin was being his old stubborn self again.
“No, no, no! I want to stay with Kazuya,” He was already acting like a little kid and his parents could just sigh at him. His parents turned to Kazuya with a worried look but decided what Jin wants would be what’s good for him.
“Is it okay for you to do it, Kamenashi?” Jin’s mother asked worriedly while the father stayed firm.
“It’s not a problem at all, I guess.” Kazuya replied. “See! It’s perfectly okay. Don’t worry; I’ll be really fine with Kazu.” Jin said expectedly. His mother nodded at his decision.
“If you need anything, feel free to call us, okay?”
And it was decided.

Kazuya was the one who drove both of them home and it was a silent yet comfortable ride. He would sometimes hum a song or turn the radio to another station that had great taste in music.
“Do you want to eat somewhere Jin?” He asked, eyes still fixed on the road.
Now how will I make him not leave me forever? Jin’s thoughts were occupied by things like these the whole ride that he wasn’t able to hear Kazuya’s suggestions.
“Jin?”
I don’t want that dream to happen. Ever. A dream hurts already, what more if it happens for real?
“Are you listening to me?”
That would be really scary! I got to make sure it will never ever happen.
Kazuya just frowned as he turned to the next street and his apartment came into view. He stopped the car’s engine and went outside of the car. Jin, on the other hand, still didn’t notice that they were already there until Kazuya finally left the driver’s seat to get inside the apartment.
The older man blinked as realization dawned upon him. “Oh, we’re here already,” He got his stuff and helped himself in, following the other.

Kazuya immediately went into the bedroom. Jin thought that the other would be in the kitchen so he decided to go there first.
“Hey Kazu!” He called excitedly to see no one there. He pouted as he looked around the living room and found no one. Where is he?
He didn’t want to think of something else that would drive him crazy if he can’t find Kazuya for the next 15 seconds. “Kazu, Kazu, Kazu!” He kept on calling until his feet led him to the bedroom and found his lover lying on his side on the bed. Jin grinned as he plopped himself beside the other and wrapped his arm around him.
“Why didn’t you tell me we were already here, Kazu?” He whined like a child only to be ignored. Kazuya didn’t say anything as he continued to stare at nothing in particular. “Kazu?” Jin didn’t know what to do now. Well, he did but he’s not sure if he can do it. It’s worth a try anyway.
Jin lowered his head down to Kazuya’s neck and started nipping on it. The younger man’s breath hitched at the sudden action his lover made at one of his most sensitive parts on his body. “Jin…we can’t-“ Kazuya’s words were cut short when the other just continued to lick him and bite him.
“Ssh,” Jin said. “I missed you like this for the past 6 months and I don’t give a fucking damn about my condition right now. All I want is you right now, you understand?” And Kazuya just kept him mouth shut for words then. Jin turned Kazuya’s body and hovered about him while continuing his ministrations.
He licked his way up his lover’s face until he reached those luscious lips and gave them the treatment it was dying for for a really long time. Kazuya could only moan as he gave in the pleasure, allowing Jin’s tongue to enter his mouth and entertain himself inside. “Jin,” He moaned and Jin’s hand snaked their way down Kazuya’s body to take off the things that were needed to be discarded.
Kazuya reached up and brushed his fingers through Jin’s hair, tugging it slightly for sometimes. The younger man could just groan at that while raking his fingers up and down the older man’s back, serving as a motivation for the latter to continue. Despite Jin’s condition, he can still give the same amount of satisfaction the other needed.

The tempo increased and Kazuya finally came for the second time in between their stomachs followed by Jin inside Kazuya. The former landed heavily on top of the other, both of them breathing raggedly.
“I…missed you like that, Jin,” The younger man confessed while brushing his fingers through the other’s hair. Jin smiled as he rested on his lover’s chest, silently listening to the other’s heart beat.
“I love you Kazu, don’t ever forget that, okay?” Kazuya could only nod and both of them fell into deep slumber.
