Ever noticed how people often think their own stuff is never "mess", but someone else's is? My mom has 10 years' worth of magazines, piles of them, spread all over their living room. Yet if me or my dad leave one item lying about (usually my phone or mp3 player) it's "mess" and should be put away immediately.
It seems to me that Mimu is acting much the same way here, but with music. His 30 minutes aren't annoying, but your 1 minute is.
actually, as of yesterday, I have discovered that Mimu has the same problem as your mom (and my mom) too. Like, he is always telling me to clean up and stuff, but I realised that actually I'm the one who is organized. My knitting is all put away in boxes in the living room. The boxes take up some space, but not much and at least it's not left out all over the table and kotatsu like his smartphones and cameras and wires and violin mute and bow wax and whatever else. He has three smartphones that he uses for his programming and stuff, because he needs to test them, and so they all have wires and stuff going to the computer, and the camera is here or there

I have to admit, I am messy. But I do always know where everything is. And oddly enough, in England I was a LOT neater and more organized. Even stranger: my files on my laptop and HD are all neatly organized in folders in the most logical way
