..and the silly

The rest of my weekend involved getting scratched by several cats. Wesleykitty does *not* like getting his nails trimmed! I have no sympathy for him as I've never hurt him and I do *not* like getting attacked in my sleep when I stay over Wes's house. And no I didn't start this. He did. He lulls you into a false sense of security by rubbing up ( Read more... )

HOW FUNNY!!!!! What time did the drunkenness commence? And what did you actually drink shots OF? I am guessing since it was bottles that it was not the normal 'red-headed sluts' variety.

Of course, the one of these I miss is the massive party. Figures. But my dad got to my place around 1:30, so it was not like I could have even come up and come back for him to arrive.

I bet the drunken phonecalls were funny stuff, I am surprised that Cordy didn't talk you into calling me. I was up until about 1:00 am, was that early or late for the phonecalls you did make?

And the question of questions....did you have a hangover the next morning?

Drunkenness commenced around 11pm.
Nothing actually mixed. A shot of Absolute Raspberry (smelled like raspberries did NOT taste like it) and Orange Citron, but mostly shots of Hurricane? - it was blue. Actually someone came up with the "If it's blue, it's for Lou". Blackhouse was suggested but wingman nixed that one.

Drunken phone calls weren't made until 2:30am

She really wanted to call you but I talked her out of it.

I recalled you were sick and probably would not have appreciate call at 2:30am and most likely would have gone into a panic thinking something was wrong if someone was calling you at 2:30am:)

I was fine in the morning (no hangover *knock on wood* haven't had one yet). Just tired. In need of more sleep.

You were all very entertaining indeed. And let us not forget your pronunciation of awkward..."akkerd" and Jayne's love for hobbits. :)

M and I laughed so hard we almost pee'd our pants. You forgot a shot though, you got a 1/2 blue hurricane and 1/2 sugar water from our wonderful prankster M. Poor Jayne got a straight shot of the sugar water, the face he made was priceless.

M and I have decided that being sober around drunk people is lots of fun indeed.

Oh it is indeed fun to be sober and watch drunk people make dorks of themselves. Sugar water huh? Didn't matter much by then, as long as it didn't make me gag I didn't much care!:) That blackhouse *smelled* bad, I was so glad I didn't have to drink it!

You know, now that you remind me I think I remember Jayne mentioning hobbit love. I wish you didn't remind me.

Heh - akkerd! :)

Glad you two had fun!!!

It figures that the family meeting I miss degenerates into a drinking fest. At least I could Skype-in for some of it... I'll have to work on the Vivox, because using Vioxx would be bad for call clarity :)

The board has their meetings and we have ours. It's a fact that we could not possibly manage all the things we actually get done in the game without them. Or else it would be one or two people (read Lou and Rob) getting everything done and just taking all of us along when they needed us. And they would get tired of that but quick!

Of course, I speak from the position of social liaison within the family. I am not a knight, wife of a knight, squire, page or lady in waiting (though that was attempted) and I just help them all get along better with the rest of the town (we are so misunderstood!) I dress well, sing a lot and work my social magic! :-)
