New tea!

Aww yeah, green tea, cherry flavor. Well, y'know, cherry plus stuff to make it sound classy. It's actually called Cherry Moon, which is nice and evocative. And I got this other kind, called Chanticleer Breakfast Tea, which basically seems to be tea-flavored tea. I appreciate that. I had a cup this morning and it was very pleasant. Eastern

Ugh, weather's supposed to suck this weekend? Fantastic. I have to drive a ton and then work on Sunday. Blerg. Maybe I'll get some writing done too, but it seems doubtful. I'm going to try and do the V for Vendetta picspam, at least.

I still have to answer that question for that meme.

Yay! I'm half working on it right now, but Law and Order/Community is distracting me. MY CHILDHOOD. L&O is like the number one reason I decided to become a lawyer.

So, I'm going to the eye doctor tomorrow, because it's been quite a while since my last check-up, and also because I'm seriously thinking about getting my vision corrected. With a laser. I think eighteen years is long enough dealing with my piss-poor vision. If the doctor says it's okay, I'm probably going to go for it.

I hope your doctor brings you good news with this.

Oh god, so dilated... The world is in soft focus! *squints*

Well, on the up side, my eyesight has stabilized, which is pretty big news. And, for reverse bragging rights, a doctor has told me I'm functionally blind without my glasses. So, there's that. On the down side, I need to go to another office next week to get my corneas measured before any zapping takes place.

Well, it's not for sure yet, the corneas need to be measured. Then, it's like, apparently there are two different things that can be done, that will have the same effect- I dunno. We'll see.

'there will be blood' is a really good movie. a little slow-paced, but an intense character study.

I am SO HAPPY to see someone else recognizing the joy that is Eastern Shore Tea Company. They sold their teas at the Amish market in Easton that I went to frequently, and I always went straight to their section first. Their Black Raven tea is the best.

I really haven't had a bad tea from them yet. I got nervous, because the store I usually buy from closed, but getting it online was super easy and quick. Though they don't have Chestertown Tea online, which is annoying.
