Dangit, I want to go to bed at ten like a good girl, but things keep being on! Monday it was Alphas (still deciding on that one), Tuesday it was Cover Affairs (meh), and today I discovered Deadliest Warrior's new season is premiering. Come on, Washington vs. Bonaparte! You know you want to find out who would win that fight. And hey, on the ( Read more... )

Heh, I forgot about Alphas on Monday. I don't know, maybe I'll give it a shot again...

I feel like the obvious choice for the meme is too obvious, so: Wash/Zoe.

They're still building the world now. Last episode was introducing the place they send dangerous alphas, and bringing up the whole X-Men mutant moral quandary. You know the one ( ... )

*sigh* I don't know, maybe I'll catch up and watch the new one on Monday.

4. GUESS. GO ON, GUESS. *bawls* and 5. I DARE YOU. *wails*

LOL, that ended up being just as obvious as if I had gone with the obvious pairing.

I admittedly have sort of a thing for Zoe/Jayne. Just because he's so different from Wash and I think she wouldn't want to replace Wash in any way, so she'd go in the other direction?

Do you want to do the obvious pairing? I kind of want to see what you'd say.

I definitely wouldn't miss this one- I'd say it's pretty important.

YEAH. In a really PAINFUL WAY.

I could see a few trysts between them, Jayne mostly confused and Zoe mostly emotionless.

Sure! But it'll have to wait until tomorrow. I get to sleep now!

I'm going to ask for the obvious and say Plaude. Because someone had to.

Heh, visiblemarket beat you to the punch, if I'm reading her innuendo correctly. But what the hey!

1. Probably while reading sam_storyteller's Hiatus Continuations. Amazing story that built wonderfully on all of the burning UST between Peter and Claude in S1.
2. Uhh, Claude left Peter to explode and they never saw each other again? And even if they did, with their personalities, there's really no denying that it's pretty unlikely they'd get along much at all.
3. That aforementioned burning UST is pretty nice. Anyway, I just think they bring out the best in each other. Peter gets Claude to come back to the world and Claude gets Peter to actually think about his life instead of mostly reacting to it.
4. Well, I’d say we covered it in 2.
5. Uh, yeah, the whole "Then I guess you go boom *slam*" thing. Could’ve done without that.
6. Hee, definitely them becoming agents for a new Company and having awesome adventures and sex.

I don't know, in what little canon they have, Claude seems to find Peter pretty amusing for a period of time, and Peter has gotten along with people who have much bigger personality flaws *cough* Sylar *cough* Nathan *cough* Sylar!Nathan. I don't know if they'd be each others' first choice in partner, but getting along, I think they could manage.

Well, I'd want their relationship to be better than Peter putting up with Claude because he's used to putting up with assholes. But I'd be willing to say that once Claude wasn't in fugitive survival mode, a lot of his rough edges would soften up.
