I'm glad that you're interested in the fics. I just realized that I forgot to tell you anything about the two fics that I recced besides the "first time" aspect. Here's a bit more to titillate the mind.
TOUCHING is a NZ era fic, involving a Sean who's full of doubt and denial and a Viggo who is decidedly odd but also quite loving and respectful. It slowly ups the ante between these two men and has the feel of reality as far as the emotional life of someone who has always considered themselves straight sleeping with another man.
A NOTE IN THE MARGIN is a fantastic AU that places Sean as the owner of a bookstore called "Margins" and Viggo as a homeless man who occasionally takes shelter in the store and reads. Very emotional. It made me cry more than once. Breathtaking writing.
Both are quite long series. Both are delightfully entertaining and undeniably sexy.
Another vote for Touching. It's awesome, and Sean is so adorably clueless through most of the story, hee! I'm afraid I went a bit nuts in some of the comment threads [cough] but seriously, it's the sort of story where you just have to shout at the monitor, you know? :D
A Note in the Margin is great too. And don't miss the sequel, Chapter and Verse.

One that fits the bill most would probably be shrintolust's TOUCHING. (Sean's first time sleeping with a man) Found here:

Also, maybe the fantastic A NOTE IN THE MARGIN by widdershin. (Viggo and Sean's first time sleeping with each other.)
