 Merino Wool Jerseys. That is all. Look them up. Smartwool and other brands. I can't believe how damn comfy they are. I can sweat all the way to work on my bike, and not worry about having to change clothes, as it dries fast enough with no residual stink/discomfort. Let me know if it continues to be stink-free after a number of washings. Most of the wicking shirts I have are ok for awhile in that department but then they go downhill.

I will. From all the reviews I've read, if you're going on a days long hiking/backpacking trip, merino would be the preferred baselayer, as it can be work for multiple days without needing a wash. The main drawback is that it is obviously not cheap.

Glad you are still biking.
I'm still doing my once around the school building at 9 every morning even in the frigid weather. It's refreshing most days.
