improving digestion

Recently I’ve been very interested in researching digestion and how to have good digestion. This was brought about by a book on water that I read recently called, “Your Body’s Many Cries for Water” by F.Batmanghelidj, M.D. (His website is here if you are so inclined) I definitely recommend the book, and perhaps I’ll address water another time, ( Read more... )

I'm kind of surprised by the not drinking with meals one. Learn something new all the time.

One of the other advantages to chewing more thoroughly is that you feel fuller sooner. Definitely a good strategy.

I always have a drink with my meals, maybe I should think again from now on.

I think I'll deffinately have to think of including a few of these ideas into my diet :)

I usually do too. I didn't drink anything with my lunch today and it felt really weird.

I need to improve my posture!! Most of those things I am already doing just from doing like you did and reading things on the internets!! I love pepper but I've started using white pepper instead since it's ground into powder. I've also heard turmeric is good for digestion too so i try to add it to food or take a supplement.
