I saw that too and thought it was weird, but didn't think to post it here. I don't think there's any deep meaning to it, but it was sort of strange how they (one of the directors or something) said "this is the boat that Michael, Walt and Vincent get away on" and then showed what looked like the actual scene of Michael and Walt driving away from the dock, but this time with Vincent between them. I'm guessing it was just because Vincent was close to Walt (in real life) and just happened to jump on the boat for that one take. It's definitely not in the final episode, nor can I think of any way that it would make sense.
I agree. Either that or it was simply filmed both ways and when edited, cut out Vincent. Harold said that in the script and the scene he filmed it was "obviius that he got off the island", but when he watched the finale they cut a decent amount out and left it up in the air. So who knows why Vincent is in that shot...
