I was feeling a bit bored and played with the Ersatz Genremixer, with the challenge to have to write flash fic for at least one prompt out of each 10 it gave me. The results are under the cut. (Some splinter!Claras were sacrificed in the process.)

Well, now I ship Clara/Ace. That said I could probably ship Ace/any female companion, but I like these two!

Given that Ace/Girl of the Week is a thing, and so is the fact that Ace's romantic interests tend to die, so Ace/Clara!splinter is just inevitable, really. :-D

Thank you! And Twelve would get a twinge of deja vu on meeting Servalan, thanks to Missy. I was going to say that Servalan is saner, though, but it depends at what point he meets her. By S4, there's probably not much in it. (Servalan is to die for. Quite literally.)

The Ace/Clara is sad...but I could see that happening given what usually happens to Ace's Ladies of the Week. (also yay splinter!Clara)
