Heehee! Somehow that seems exactly right for Diamond...

(Sorry, I'd have read this earlier but I was listening to Bill Nighy being fantastic as Charles Paris. :D)

Also, you couldn't possibly be annoying with these so don't even think it!

Thanks!

And that was pretty quick reaidng it, anyway. I'm always off resting in the afternoon. I am glad to hear that Bill Nighy was being fantastic, though. What were you listening to? (I don't think I recognise the character name by itself, even if I should.) ;-)

Aw. Thank you. I think what I meant is that people will understandably get fed up with reading them pretty quick. But you're right, that's not annoying. They just won't bother reading!!

I SHALL SPAM THE WORLD WITH MY S&S FICLETS. :-D

(Well, not really.)

Charles Paris is an actor and amateur detective - from the novels of Simon Brett. They're MUCH fun because Bill's great at doing the louche, hard-drinking actor who's a bit past his best, but nevertheless great at detecting. I highly recommend them!

YAY!! SPAM AWAY!!

(ETA: Link to the CP Mysteries at the BBC shop: http://www.bbcshop.com/search?q=charles+paris

- ignore the inclusion of 'A Tale of Two Cities' - they obviously couldn't cope with Charles Dickens and Paris in the same text block!)

Well, yes, that does sound like a lot of fun, and of course he would be good at that! :-)

Also, you'll have to stop telling me* about great audio plays, because I am so behind on every audio/radio thing ever... *head explodes* (Well, no, really. I like to hear and bookmark for if I ever catch up with all the things I already have and the things I don't have but want quite a bit.)

*Except obviously for any random radio things with high content of David Collings. ;-p
