So the tree that James and Peter is in...is this the very same tree that Remus and Sirius is exploring one another?

I hate Peter...I know he is still part of the Marauder and all the good stuff but just once..just once can't you write without including whats his face? He just creeps me out all together...I think it is the person in general cause even in Sweeney Todd he creeps me out.
