Sleep = meh

Lorna's sleeping pattern
Sunday night: Fell asleep at 3am
Monday night: Fell asleept at 1.30 am
Tuesday night: Fell asleep at 12.30am
Wednesday night: Fell asleep at 12.20am but woke up for an hour at 4am

Lorna = not impressed

As someone who never has a problem sleeping I am not happy. Sleep is my happy place, and I can't understand when it doesn ( Read more... )

Many people seem to be having such problems lately, me included. I'm not even sure if I actually slept last night. Oy. Anyway, I'm blaming the heat and that my mind what shut up.

thanks for your advice, tonight I have had a long bath and done some exercise so fingers crossed for a good nights sleep!

As someone with chronic sleep problems, I recommend getting some kind of drug. It's all right to use something like that during times of stress when you aren't getting enough sleep. Just follow the directions and don't take it for too many days in a row.
