Sleep = meh

Lorna's sleeping pattern
Sunday night: Fell asleep at 3am
Monday night: Fell asleept at 1.30 am
Tuesday night: Fell asleep at 12.30am
Wednesday night: Fell asleep at 12.20am but woke up for an hour at 4am

Lorna = not impressed

As someone who never has a problem sleeping I am not happy. Sleep is my happy place, and I can't understand when it doesn't happen. I'm blaming heat and hayfever and stoopid birds singing in the middle of the night.

But it's more than that, my mind is racing all the time, at night and during the day. So many things to do - but not in a stressful way, just in a busy way. I'm loving what I'm doing, so much so that I'm so motivated and buzzing I can't sleep. Like tonight I came back from youth and it took me a full 2 hours in front of TV to relax, and as you can tell I'm still a bit buzzy. Sunday night I was lying away thinking about my Reading Support group and what I could do with them... which is fair enough, but for 4 HOURS? Someone tell me What is going on!
