Shows I gotta see

I watch no TV. I don't have time for it. Fandom sucks up all my free time as it is, and encroaches on my time that's not so free too. 
But I have a list of shows I'm going to watch on DVD when school is over:

House - Middle-aged guy, smart, scruffy, sarcastic. Something tells me I'll like this show

I don't have any suggestions, but I agree with your list. You should totally check out Battlestar Galactica and Doctor Who. I really don't see BSG as a sci-fi show, more of a drama set in space. They really stress the characters and the relationships so as a Buffy fan I think you would enjoy it. Doctor Who does fall more into the sci-fi category, but the head writer, Russell T Davies, is a giant fan of Joss so you'll also see a Buffy influence.

I'm also thinking about checking out the US version of The Office. Joss' episode was very good.

Okay, so I'm behind on my f-list.

Anyhow, I agree with BSG, Heroes, The Office.

I would add "Daybreak." Excellent show. Lasted only a few eps on ABC before it got canceled, but you can stream the entire series at ABC.com. Well worth it.
