Shows I gotta see
I watch no TV. I don't have time for it. Fandom sucks up all my free time as it is, and encroaches on my time that's not so free too.
But I have a list of shows I'm going to watch on DVD when school is over:
House - Middle-aged guy, smart, scruffy, sarcastic. Something tells me I'll like this show
Rescue Me - My friend showed my sister and me the pilot when we were at her place over Christmas break. The dialogue is witty as hell, I like the theme of masculine anxiety, and the ghosts are cool.
Heros - It's about superheroes. Come on. How can I not watch it?
Battlestar Gallactica (sp?) - Everyone and their aunt Miriam seems to love this show. I don't usually go for the space adventures, but then, that's the kind of attitude that kept me away from Firefly for two years.
Dr. Who - Buffy fans seem to like it. Also, I'm developing a mild crush on the guy just from seeing icons about. He's cute in a nerdy way.
The Office (US) - Saw the clip of the Joss directed ep. Looks hi-LA-rious.
The Office (Brit) - Supposed to be better than the US version, so have to give that a try too.
Little Mosque on the Prarie - not on DVD, but I have to check it out on YouTube. It got a lot of hype, and I gotta support these Cancon shows. My sister said it was really funny too.
