Very cute, enjoyable fic. I like the Doctors making comments through the watching of Eleven's baby steps. And arguing back and forth. And Nine's comment about Queen Bess at the beginning made me giggle.

Thank you! I had such a blast writing this one that I can't even believe it.

It was so much fun deciding what the Doctors would think/say about Eleven. And the bickering just came naturally. I have never laughed so much during the writing of a fic before in my life.

I just HAD to get a crack about Queen Bess in. I wanted Nine's first remark to Ten to be a minor dig and so that was something that just seemed right.

Lolling forever at the idea of Nine and Ten having D&M's over Eleven XD and love the mention of why he decided bow tie instead of tie! I read that somewhere recently and had a chortle about it.

I also totally awwed at the bit where they were both talking about Rose ;_; ^_^

HA! Yes! I totally snagged the reasoning for the bowtie from a comment thread. I think it was in the comments on one goldy_dollar's reaction posts but I'm not 100% certain. I just remember it made me laugh and I couldn't resist using it in this because it just makes so much sense. And I love the idea that Nine would get it right away and Ten would be like O_o?

Awww I'm so glad you mentioned the bit about Rose. That was one of my favourite moments. I originally was going to actually avoid the topic of Rose since it could very quickly get messy and complicated between those two, but then I got to that point in the story, and Ten made his comment and it just worked which I loved!

I'm a big Rose fan so it was sweet seeing Nine and Ten going all wibbly over her. It was really lovely and just the right spot for it, it didn't overpower the fic.

I adore Rose so i'm really glad she was able to get her in there. It's a tricky thing because with Rose you run the risk of opening up the whole bag of emo worms with ten and I really didn't want to go there - I mean he was a little bit emo (he's ten, he just can't help himself) but wanted to keep this on the lighter side.

Again I'm very glad you enjoyed it.

Since both Nine and Ten had a whole thing about banana's I just couldn't resist throwing that in there. And actually, this was one of the first ideas that came to me when I was trying to work out how this fic would work. I can just picture them looking at each other and saying this and then cracking up. Plus, I'm fully convinced that Eleven would have liked the banana.

LMAO really? That's awesome. So it's a Doctor thing and not just a Nine/Ten thing! Haha, I don't think they were explicit about what kind of custard he ate with the fish, so I think I will just assume that it's banana custard. It was kinda yellowy.
