I debated putting a bigger warning on this chapter, but I didn't want to give anything away. *hugs* I'm sorry I made you cry... Viola is strong and so is Rose, they WILL get through this, but, you're right, the other Doctor is not the same person, not at all. That issue will definitely be dealt with in the sequel. (And remember, there's still another chapter to come)

*hugs*

It broke my heart to write this. I'm glad you found the end exciting, as that's the premise that birthed this whole story in the first place!

NO! Sorry, I like Ten I but he doesn't belong with Rose & Viola. NOT this story, anyway. It just feels WRONG.
*is frustrated*

Awwwww I'm so sorry you feel that way. This story was always headed here, to be honest, and I was incredibly nervous about posting this chapter. (In my head, I always knew that Rose would become "Bad Wolfed" and that TenII was human, so I always knew that it was a tragic set up). For me, it's not so much a matter of who she belongs with - I can see her with either, it depends a LOT on the circumstances - but it's about the story and the journey, and much of this is about Rose's own personal journey. Remember, she's essentially immortal now and she hasn't yet processed the implications of that ( ... )

I'm sorry... Usually, I like Ten I & Rose stories... However, in your story, we had time to really accept Ten II, getting to know him and fall in love with him. Him & Rose were even more than a fantastic couple: they were a family. And they had a daughter. Killing him feels just... cruel. But that's just my opinion. And your story is still fantastic. However, I can't help but to feel cheated. :(

Lol. Remember at the end of Journey's end? Lots of us didn't accept Ten II. Well, as far as your story is concerned, I can't accept Ten I and his return...

It's okay. I completely understand why you'd be feeling this way. TenII's death is jarring - it's supposed to be. Trust me, I did not kill him lightly, and it was a tough thing to do, and I bawl every time I read this part. (Made editing a challenge). His loss is supposed to hurt. If it doesn't then I haven't done my job. I didn't do it to be cruel or mean or to make anyone feel cheated. Tragedies happen and in this case I felt that it had to happen - maybe not like this, maybe not so soon, but it was inevitable from the moment that Rose became Bad Wolf again.

I know this is hard to accept, and believe me, I'm not planning to have Rose go and jump into Ten's arms. I wouldn't buy that, nor would I expect any of my readers to. Rose's journey means a lot to me. As does Viola's. Like I said, this story is far from over.

*offers hugs* I *am* sorry.

how could you. i've many stories on this site and all deal with rose getting back to THE doctor, which is absolute rubbish. billie piper left the series, their is no way she can back, except as a guest appearrance. so RTD had to come with a happy ending for her. her own doctor, that's it, end of story. so i was really disappointed in your story which i've been following for ages, to find you've fallen for the same guided trap. lost me
