Only takes 22 minutes to bike to work, driving is usually 10-15.  Only problem is legs = jelly and lugs are soggy deflated balloons :(

Yeah, complicated. I need to leave shoes at work ahead of time since I can't wear sneakers. Oh and 22 minutes to work is apparently = 45 minutes back to home. Hills are stupid!

Nonetheless here I am at work with my bike helmet under my desk again.

To make things easier, do they have showers at work?
I know so companies do just for health conscious (or really fuel thrifty) employees.

They do and I am certainly using, though more for my co-workers benefit, sitting near me, than my own :)
