A wise man once wrote that for every moment of triumph, for every instance of beauty, many souls must be trampled.  And so begins my strange tale of delight and disappointments about this weekend.

 Rather recently, I had lamented that there was a lack of public news from domain to domain.

I missed the old reports and announcements that used to pop on this very list.
