My day so far...

So, just wanted to take a moment to relay the happenings of the past little while to you all so that I don't have to "enjoy" my day alone.  :-)

The day started out normally with me needing to use the toilet the instant my eyes were open, so I did.  When I flushed, the toilet backed up and I had to plunge. (this happens probably four times a week

Man, I so don't blame Shadow Houdini. I mean, storm drains are freaky enough (especially the ones here in Lawrence because they could easily fit a clown... hell, probably many the way those guys are with fitting in small places... and especially several demon clowns); thanks Stephen, for putting those two fears together -- clowns and drains. (I've actually never read the book; my mother has -- King freak fan -- would not read It without someone else in the house)

Also, at least the vampires will stay clear...

Dude, the movie was really creepy. Never read the book. The only reason I watched the movie is because it has(had?) Jonathan Brandis in it.

Ah, a Brandis fan, eh? I was very sad to read about him killing himself in 2003. So young.

HUGE Brandis fan. :) I was utterly heartbroken when he killed himself. He was born a year earlier than I was, so we were close in age. And he was a good actor...on his way to becoming a great actor. And he was also starting to direct. :(
