I've been all out of sorts mentally and emotionally. I can't decide if insomnia is the cause or effect. I know the lack of direct sunlight is part of the problem, ky body knows it ought to be getting tons of vitamin d and light but many days it isn't even getting fully light, the clouds are so thick.

I love our slow spring and cool summer, but I've had wicked insomnia too. Have you tried something mild like a 3mg melatonin before bed?

I've tried all kinds of things, and pretty much everything either doesn't help me sleep or keeps me too groggy the next day.
