I applied for Disability Support Allowance this year (DSA). I have already been for a needs assessment for this. I got a letter from the student finance people telling me that I needed a needs assessment. The letter said to ring them with any queries. I duly rang them to tell them I'd already been assessed. Here begins the fun.

Oh, WTF. What an actual bunch of asswipes.

If it's any consolation, when I applied for my Student Loan from SAAS (the Scottish LEA), they managed to get my gender wrong, and repeatedly send letters addressed to 'Mr L' and 'your son' to my mum. Even when I phoned them three times to explain that they were idiots. x_x
