Wow, is that in the wild? So lucky! Where I live, we only have moths that look like hummingbirds. >_>

Southern California is actually pretty great for hummingbirds! I have seen Black-chinned Hummingbirds, Allen's, and Anna's (these are all Anna's), and Rufous and rarer species pass through here as well. We had them in Oregon as well but they were much more infrequent -- this is taken on my manicured school campus, for example!

That is one badass motherfuckin' moth! :-D
