I've made the startling discovery that if you just take away the greed, the smog, the rampant materialism, and the incredible urban sprawl, that southern California is quite pretty :)

My favorite palms are the ones that are so tall that they bend over.
If you get a chance, hit up Pasadena and look at the mountains. Beautiful.

That purple flower thing is MADNESS. That would basically be Liz's ultimate flower, rofl. You could make the wackiest hair clip thingy from it o__O It's out of a comic or something.

I am baffled by the flower thing. I kinda like the dried out husk of one in the background, too.

I wish I could see mountains from here. They add 75% more majesty to any panorama.

Well we got some Catskills and Adirondacks to check out when I go upstate, but I am thinking recently that I do not go upstate enough. I wish I had someone with a car who wanted to go camping ...
