My understanding - and one hopes this is correct, given the complete lack of currency exchange - is that whatever passes for a landlord in your new and thrilling vicinity extends some leniency until a person can find some means of gainful employment.

I can't speak as to whether or not you're really here, however; judging a stranger's proclivities toward solipsism seems unfair at the onset.
