So, here's the deal.

Yesterday, as part of my drabble meme, I wrote this Jared/Jensen high school AU snippet. And liked it! And I was trying to write more and really all I came up with was Jensen's POV on the same scene.

So I wrote that.

Jared spent about half of their English class sophomore year scribbling on his notebook. The habit's never died, and now that they're friends--Jensen thinks they're friends, anyway--he figures he can just ask.

"What are you always drawing?"

Jared glances up and flushes, closing his notebook. "I just like to doodle," he says. "Nothing, you know. Earth-shattering." He smiles shyly, shrugs.

"You like art?"

"Ish," says Jared.

"Can I see?"

Jared flips through his notebook, and Jensen can see fuzzy doodles but can't make anything out; Jared's looking for something.

"Last week," he says finally, and there's a sketch of Jensen in green between notes and drawings of dragons fighting each other.

"Wow," says Jensen. "Is that me"No, it's Sandy, I just really suck," Jared shoots back
