Probably mostly they go to bars and people assume Jensen is the alpha and then Danneel beats them up. Mostly lots of happy sex and also making out and eventually marriage. It's pretty smooth sailing for them!

I think she probably gets kicked out of SHIELD but they create a special new division to take advantage of her unique skill set.
