Danneel is more nervous than she ever has been in her life.

She's twisting them hem of her dress on the subway. Her iPod has run out of batteries, but she hasn't even bothered to take her earbuds out. She doesn't know how long it took her to notice the sound was gone.

She hasn't seen Jared and Jensen in person in two years, not since the summer after junior year of college, and they haven't exactly been together in that time. They talk on the phone, but the distance thing has been hard, and they agreed that they shouldn't feel--obligated. Or whatever. It's been a break, kind of.

Jensen did a year of teaching in Madrid, which was a great opportunity for him, and he loved it, and Jared and Danneel decided it would be too weird and uneven for them to live together without Jensen there, so Danneel's been living in Boston and Jared's been living in Los Angeles.

Except now, Jensen's back, and Jared's got a job lined up in Boston, and they're--well. Danneel has no idea what they are.

They're still the only two people she's ever wanted.

She almost misses the stop for the hotel--she's going to ask them to stay with her as soon as she sees them, and she knows it, but for now they're in a hotel, in different rooms. She's trying to ignore the niggling worry that they'll say no.

Jared still ends every call with love you, she thinks, as she gets off the train. So there's really nothing to worry about.

hey, just got off the t, on my way up she texts both of them, and Jensen texts back can't wait <3 and Jared just says :DDDD.

She can't help smiling.

They're meeting in Jared's room, because Jared got some ridiculously high-paying consulting job right out of college and therefore has a big, nice room (with a big nice bed, Danneel's downstairs brain reminds her). It's the kind of job that involves a lot of travel, and which can be done from almost everywhere, and it was easy for him to get a transfer to the Boston branch.

The elevator ride seems endless, stopping on what feels like every floor for someone to come in or out, and then, on four, there's Jensen.

He looks good--better than ever, maybe. He's got his hair cut short, and a little stubble on his face, not quite as pretty as he was in college. He's filled out, and a little tanned, and when he notices her, he stops and stares for so long that the doors start closing on him.

"Buddy, get in!" some guy says irritably, and Jensen's face breaks out in a huge grin as he takes two big steps to where she's standing, paralyzed, and wraps her up in a hug.

"Hey," he murmurs, against her hair, and Danneel clings to him, face buried in his neck to breathe him in.

"Hi," she says, and she's embarrassed to find she's crying a little.

"Missed you so much," says Jensen, and pulls back, giving her a smile that's looking pretty watery.

The door opens for floor ten, and Jensen doesn't let go of her, just grabs her hand and pulls her out, and Danneel sticks close to his side. She's missed him so much it feels unreal; he's her best friend in the world.

"Can't believe the asshole sprung for the classy room," says Jensen, shaking his head.

"He probably just wants to show us how much richer he is than us," says Danneel. She works for a non-profit sustainable food project. She is so far from well off, but she loves it.

"Jerk," says Jensen, and kicks the door with one foot.

Jared opens the door, all dimples and muscles and--

"Jesus, did you get taller?" asks Jensen, looking up at him. "Holy crap."

Jared laughs and drags them both in for a group hug, wrapping his long arms around them both and not bothering to say anything.

Danneel sinks against them and thinks, yeah, they're all on the same page.

*

They're stretched out on Jared's bed with a ridiculous amount of room service, watching some random blockbuster Jared found on Pay-Per-View. Danneel's in the middle, Jared and Jensen's arms wrapped around her, and she's warm and flushed and happy. Jared--she's pretty sure it was Jared--unzipped the back of her dress enough that he could slip his hand in and massage her bare skin, and she's ridiculously turned on, but she doesn't really know what she's supposed to do to tip them from flirting over to--them.

"This is a disgusting display of wealth," says Jensen, grabbing a mozzarella stick off the bowl on Jared's stomach. "Seriously, we know you make more money than us. This is overkill."

"Maybe I just wanted to buy you guys dinner," says Jared loftily. The so you'll put out is unspoken, but it hangs there, and she sees Jensen shift a little.

"Hey, Jared," says Danneel, into the awkward silence following the exchange.

"Yeah?"

Danneel licks her lips, manages a smile. "Truth or dare?"

Jared stares at her for a long minute, only relaxing when she gives him a wide smile. "Truth," he says.

"Wuss," says Jensen.

"When's the last time you got laid?"

"Junior year of college," says Jared, without having to think about it. He grins. "Hey, Jensen, truth or dare."

"Dare," says Jensen easily.

Jared looks torn for a minute and then just gives up. "Please, for the love of God, can we have sex? Seriously, I have been waiting for this for two fucking years."

"That's not a dare," says Jensen, laughing. "And we should really get the food off the bed first. That's not a thing for me."

"Okay, I dare you to get the food off the bed and have sex with us," says Jared, shoving the mozzarella sticks onto the bedside table. They make short work of the rest of it and then Danneel is nervous again, until Jensen growls and pushes Jared down onto the bed for a long, hard kiss.

"Pushy," says Jared, with a breathless laugh, and then Jensen's rolling off it onto her, and kissing her just as frantic, tongue pushing inside, and Danneel's missed him so fucking much. She gets the buttons of his shirt with shaking fingers, pushing it off his shoulders and leaving him in just a white tank-top.

"Like how you two got dressed up for me, by the way," Jared murmurs.

"Like you didn't," says Jensen, snorting. "You're wearing a tie."

"I am very important," says Jared. "I am the kind of important person who wears a tie." He leans over to kiss Danneel too, and Jensen pushes her dress off her shoulders.

"Break to get naked?" Danneel suggests, laughing too.

"Break to get naked," Jared agrees, fumbling with his tie.

They fall back into Jared's giant king-size bed, kissing with no real rhyme or rhythm, rolling around and just touching. Jared and Jensen are both hard, dicks pressing against her now and then, and Danneel can't be surprised when it turns heated fast, laughter dying out and the three of them pressing closer together. Danneel's still in the middle, Jensen pressed up against her left side and Jared on her right, Jensen's hand reaching across her to stroke Jared's dick, Jared's mouth on her breast, her and Jensen kissing hungrily.

"What are we gonna do?" asks Jensen, barely breaking the kiss to do it.

"In a cosmic sense, or now?" asks Jared.

"How are we having sex," Jensen clarifies. "Fucker."

"I want both of you to do me," says Danneel. They haven't done it that much with both of them, but she's always really liked it, and she wants to be close to them, to both of them, as soon as possible.

"Yeah?" asks Jared, sucking a bruising kiss into the skin just below her nipple. "I can do that."

"Yeah," says Jensen. He nuzzles Danneel's neck. "You got lube, man?"

"No," says Jared dryly. "You guys were coming over and it didn't even occur to me that I got laid, so I am totally unstocked." He twists around and digs through the drawer of his bedside table, tossing Jensen some lube and a condom. "Does that mean you're calling dibs on her ass?"

"Can we never call dibs on my ass again?" asks Danneel. "That's really kind of weird."

"You're bigger, I figured it'd be better if you were going, uh--there is really no good way to talk about this."

Danneel laughs. "You guys haven't changed a bit," she says fondly. "However you want to do it is fine with me."

Jensen dribbles lube on his fingers, rubbing them up against Danneel's hole gently. Danneel bites her lip and sees Jared's eyes darken as he watches.

"I've got dibs," says Jensen, kissing the back of Danneel's neck as he pushes the tip of his finger inside. It's been--well, not as long as it could have been since anything's been up there, because Danneel kind of likes anal, and she'll, um, sometimes, when she's getting herself off on her own, she'll do that. But it's a lot better when it's Jensen doing it.

"I have really missed you guys," says Jared, leaning in to kiss Danneel as Jensen works his finger deeper. It's slower than it has to be, but Jensen's always been kind of gentle, and then Jared gets his fingers inside her pussy, and there's way too much stimulation for her to object to anything.

"Holy fuck," she mutters, dropping her forehead onto Jared's shoulder. Jensen pushes another finger into her ass, the stretch getting painful now, but still really--yeah. And Jared has three fingers fucking her, hard and steady. "Guys, fuck."

And then Jared pulls his fingers out of her pussy and moves back, getting one of his fingers into her ass with Jensen's, and she bites his neck hard to keep from screaming aloud. It's really too much, too fast, but she's seriously into that, and when Jared leans across her to make out with Jensen, yeah. That's amazing too.

"Fuck, I'm ready, come on. Jesus, you're gonna--it has been a really long time since I got laid," says Danneel desperately.

Jensen laughs, a little breathlessly. "Wanna do it like this?" he asks Jared. "Sides?"

"Mm, how about," Jared says, rolling over and pulling Danneel on top of him. "Like this?"

"You just want to lie down," says Jensen, tossing a condom at Jared.

"I'm, um," says Danneel. "I'm on the pill. And you guys are the only people I've ever had sex with, so--"

Jared swallows hard, looking over at Jensen. "Me too," he says.

Jensen nods. "So, um--skip the condoms?"

"Skip the condoms," Danneel agrees.

"Jesus," Jared groans. He grabs Danneel's ass, carefully lining her up, but not lowering her yet. "Not to, um, get all sappy before double penetration or anything, but I am totally in love with you guys, and if we don't find an apartment where we all live together, I'm going to cry."

"If you don't fuck Danneel, I'm gonna cry," says Jensen.

"I was just gonna tell you guys to move in with me," says Danneel, although her place is pretty tiny, and they'll probably have to find something better soon.

"Oh," says Jared. "Okay, that works too." And then he grabs his dick, lowers Danneel onto it, and he's in.

It's--a lot. Jared got bigger all over, it seems like, and Danneel hasn't been with anyone in a long time. "Give me a minute," says Danneel, and Jared rubs his hand over her back, soothing. "God," she says, whimpering, because even after all this time, Jared and Jensen still know her better than anyone else.

"Yeah?" asks Jared, kissing her neck and moving a little, slowly. "You good?"

"Yeah," she manages. She licks her lips as Jared speeds up, and Jensen comes over to press himself against her back. It's a weird angle, and she's not totally sure about it, but she trusts them.

Jensen presses his lips against the back of her neck, smiling against her skin. "I was totally gonna go on a date with you guys first," he teases, sticking his slick fingers back inside Danneel.

"Oh shit," Danneel whimpers. "Jensen, come on."

Jensen laughs. "You missed us too."

"I missed you guys so much."

She hears the pop of the lube, and a few wet smacks, and then she feels the blunt head of Jensen's dick pressing against her, so much bigger than his fingers, and she pushes back against it, desperate.

"Can't wait, huh?" asks Jensen, pushing in so slowly. It hurts, it always hurts, but Danneel knows just how much she likes it, how much better it gets. "Gonna take such good care of you."

"Oh God, shut up and fuck me, you douchebag," says Danneel, laughing.

"That is the opposite of sexy dirty talk," says Jared breathlessly. "But it's kind of cute when you swear. You're not great at it."

Jensen braces himself on one hand and pushes all the way into Danneel, and she's so full it's unbelievable. Jared stops moving too, giving her a minute to adjust, and she doesn't even have to tell them when to start going again, they do it on their own, setting the same slow, hard pace that's always driven her crazy.

It's like riding a bike. With two dicks inside her.

Jensen brings his free hand up to rub her clit, and Danneel lets out a long string of swears. "Jensen," she finally manages. "I've been turned on ever since you got back into the country, this is gonna be over in no time if you--fuck."

"You can come now, and then we'll keep fucking you until you come again," says Jensen smugly, and just that's enough to send her over the edge.

As it turns out, Jared and Jensen must have been pretty close too, because they don't last much past that--Jared comes first, pushing up inside her erratically, and then Jensen, when Jared manages to get out from under Danneel and stick a finger in his ass.

"Okay," says Jensen, collapsing breathlessly onto the bed next to her. "We'll fuck you until you come again later," he says, and Danneel can't help laughing.

*

They actually end up going to mess around in Jared's gigantic shower, where Jensen blows Jared, and then eats Danneel out, and lets both of them jerk him off, pretending like it's so hard for him to put up with. And then they head back to the bed wrapped in fluffy hotel towels and Danneel's all ready for a nap when Jared says, "I guess we should talk about this."

"Talk about what?" asks Jensen, tucking into Jared's side.

"What we're doing?" he says.

"My apartment's not huge, but it'll do until we can find our own place," Danneel suggests. "I, um. I got a king-sized bed when I moved in," she admits. Because she's been waiting for this day pretty much since the first time they played truth or dare. The three of them actually living together, all in the same place, no parents to worry about, nothing to hide.

Jared smiles. "Yeah?"

"Well, no way I was moving out to LA," she teases.

"I told my mom," says Jensen suddenly.

"Really?" asks Jared, and Danneel props herself up on Jared's chest so she can see him too. She wasn't expecting that either.

Jensen shifts, flushing a little. "She asked why I was moving to Boston, and it just kind of--slipped out."

"How'd she take it?" Jared asks.

"Well, she always wanted me to marry Danneel," says Jensen, grinning at her.

"Obviously," says Danneel, grinning back. Jensen's mom has always totally adored her. She used to braid Danneel's hair into pigtails for her, sometimes even in high school.

It's weird realizing she's missed the peripheral people in her life too, Jensen's mom and Jared's little sister and all kinds of other friends she hasn't seen in a while.

"And then when you came along she got worried we'd, you know. Start fighting over Danneel and ruin the friendship or whatever. So--I think she's okay with it."

Danneel laughs. "I never could pick between you guys."

"You're just greedy," Jared teases. He leans over to kiss Jensen. "I told some of my friends. Just to test the waters."

"I told some of my friends in college," Danneel says, shrugging.

"Okay," says Jensen, with an embarrassed little laugh. "So we're all on the same page."

"We've always been on the same page," says Jared. "I mean, pretty much for the last seven years."

"Jesus, has it actually been seven years?" asks Jensen. "I'm getting old."

Danneel leans over to poke Jensen in the side. "Shut up."

Jared laughs. "Okay, so--all in favor of going over to Danneel's and checking out her giant bed after we sleep?"

"Sounds awesome," says Jensen, and Danneel feels, for the first time in a long time, that life is really good.

*

Danneel's apartment really isn't big enough for three people, even if the bed is. Jared and Jensen have their stuff in storage for now, but even just their clothes is too much.

"Even if we only sleep in one bedroom, we probably wanna have two," says Jared, clucking his tongue. They're at Danneel's table, looking at craigslist, and the whole thing feels vaguely surreal, and way too good to be true. After four years of college and a year of Jensen being in Spain, Danneel sort of had to wonder if they still wanted her.

"In case we have to make you sleep on it when you're bad?" Jensen teases.

"Guest room, and we can keep extra clothes in there," says Jared, ignoring him. "Big kitchen. Two bathrooms, if we can get it? One wouldn't be terrible, but if we're leaving at the same time, two would be nice."

"Big shower," says Danneel.

Jared smirks. "Good point."

They check off the rest of their list--near transportation, big kitchen, ideally with parking, because Jared wants a car. They debate about pets for a while, finally deciding they probably don't have time for a dog, but that they could get a couple cats.

Jensen's finally the one who voices the concern Danneel thinks they've all been feeling. He looks down at the list, licking his lips. "Is this too fast?"

"I've been in love with you guys for seven years," Jared points out. "And you're still my best friends."

"Yeah, but we have no idea if we can actually live together."

"But I know it really sucks living apart," says Danneel softly.

Jensen considers for a minute, and then finally laughs. "Yeah, okay," he says. "I just figured someone could try being the voice of reason."

"Oh, whatever," says Jared. "You totally love us."

*

Jensen takes over on the apartment hunting and gets a few visits set up for that afternoon. It's kind of awesome walking around what she's coming to think of as her city, with her boyfriends. The weather's turning cool, fall already in the air, and Jensen bitches about it non-stop while Jared is excited about finally seeing snow.

"I can't believe you haven't seen any snow," says Danneel, shaking her head. "Ever."

"I've lived a very sheltered life," Jared agrees.

They're about to head up to the first place when Danneel's phone starts buzzing in her pocket, and she grabs it to see her favorite coworker is calling her.

"Hey, it's Maddy," she says, giving Jared and Jensen an apologetic smile. "I'll catch up with you inside?"

The guys wave and head up, and Danneel takes the call. "Hi, what's up?"

"Hey! So, oh my god, what are you doing tonight?"

"Uh," says Danneel, not sure how to explain.

"Whatever it is, you have to cancel it. I guess it was Sarah's birthday last Wednesday and she didn't tell anyone, so we're going to go to dinner and buy her embarrassing amounts of alcohol."

"Uh, I've got," Danneel starts. "My boyfriends in town?" she tries. She's never really said it before, not like that.

"Whatever, bring them!" says Maddy. There's a burst of noise from her end of the phone. "I gotta go," she says. "Tonight. I'll text you the address. Bye!"

Danneel hangs up and stares at the phone for a long minute.

She'd been planning to tell her coworkers eventually, it had just always seemed like it would be--later.

She heads up to the second-floor apartment slowly, not sure quite what she's going to say. And then she sees the apartment, and it's--nice, actually. Big and open, large windows letting in sunlight, smooth wooden floors. It looks like the kind of place she could live, so much better than her crapass studio.

"Hey!" says Jared, who's running around like a kid in a candy store. "So this is awesome, right? The shower is huge too, and your bed would totally fit."

"We should at least look at the other places."

"Yeah," Jared agrees. "But seriously! This place is awesome, and it's close to the train, and--"

"We know," says Jensen, giving Jared a kiss. "And it is totally awesome. But they could all be awesome."

Unsurprisingly, they're not. The second place is fine, but nothing special, the third has a ceiling that's way too low for Jared, and they decide, finally, that it's stupid to go look at other apartments when there's one they really like, and head back to the first one to formally declare their interest.

"So, there's a party we can go to to celebrate?" Danneel says hopefully.

"You already have a party for us? I didn't know you were so popular," Jared teases.

Danneel flushes. "We're belated celebrating my coworker's birthday. I told them my boyfriends were around and they said to bring you, so--let's just get the awkward introductions out of the way somewhere with alcohol."

"Don't sound so excited," says Jared.

"We don't have to go," Jensen adds. "If it's gonna be weird."

"Nope, you're totally coming. Sarah hates attention, she'll be thrilled I brought two hot guys I'm fucking to get the spotlight off her."

Jensen grins. "I guess if you put it like that."

*

It's a bar Danneel has been to before downtown, cheap drinks and decently quiet, which means she'll have a good chance to get grilled and explain everything about her threesome. On the bright side, there will be alcohol there, and it's hard for anything to go that seriously wrong when there's alcohol involved.

"It's gonna be fine," says Jared, draping his arm over Danneel's shoulders. "I mean, everyone is gonna be totally jealous of you, so they might start plotting their revenge, but other than that."

Danneel smiles. "None of them even knew I had a boyfriend, let alone two."

"Well, we were kind of on a break," Jensen points out. "Also, Jared's really loud and inappropriate, so he'll probably be the center of attention, and we'll be off the hook."

"You missed me so fucking much, Ackles," says Jared, leaning over to give Jensen a sloppy kiss on the cheek.

"I missed you so fucking much," Jensen agrees, flushing a little, and Danneel has to smile.

When they get there, it's just Maddy, Sarah, and Ryan who have already arrived, and they wave Danneel over. Maddy seems to have already had a couple, because she bounces up on unsteady feet to give Danneel a big hug.

"Danneel, you never told us you have a boyfriend!" says Maddy, grinning. "Which one is he? Can I have the other one? Spill! I want all the details."

Danneel bites her lip. Apparently Maddy missed the boyfriends part. "Uh, this is Jared," she says, gesturing, "and this is Jensen. Guys, these are three of my coworkers, Maddy, Sarah, and that's Ryan. And, um, Jared and Jensen are actually both my boyfriends."

Maddy stares. "What?"

"We've, um, been together since high school," says Danneel.

"With a hiatus while Jensen was teaching abroad," says Jared. "Hi, nice to meet you," he adds, with a dazzling smile.

"Oh my god!" says Maddy, eyes wide. "Seriously? You landed two hotties in high school? How is that even possible? I could barely get laid in high school!"

"They were the first people who talked to me when I moved to town in sixth grade," says Jared easily. "I imprinted. Pretty much all over, right from then."

He says it like a joke, but from what he's told Danneel and Jensen, she's pretty sure it's true--that it was actually love at first sight for Jared, with both of them.

Danneel took longer, but they all got there, so it doesn't really matter much anymore.

"Okay, um, sit down!' says Maddy, clearly still surprised, but unfailingly friendly. She turns to Jensen with a bright smile once they're settled. "So--you were teaching abroad, right?"

"Yeah, in Spain," says Jensen, and apparently Maddy's been before and wants all the details. Jared starts talking to Ryan about the jersey he's wearing--Danneel's never been that great at keeping up with sports, but apparently Ryan supports some hockey team that Jared likes, and the two of them get going.

Danneel gives Sarah a small smile. She's a sweet girl, cute but very shy, and Danneel assumes that until they got there, it was just Maddy and Ryan grilling her about her birthday.

"Happy birthday," Danneel says softly. "Belatedly, I mean."

Sarah smiles. "Thanks."

"Sorry we stole your thunder," she adds, with a teasing smile.

Sarah laughs. "If they ever have another party for me, you're going to need to get another boyfriend."

Danneel grins. "I've got my hands full with the ones I have."

*

The rest of their coworkers trickle in slowly, and Danneel gets kind of tired of explaining that, yes, she is dating two guys, and they're all good with it, and Jared and Jensen have to make out once or twice just to prove that they actually like each other too--or maybe they don't have to, but it's not like it's ever very hard to convince Jared and Jensen to make out, and the girls all seem to enjoy it, while a couple of the guys look like they really don't know where to look. There's this kind of hilarious moment when Ryan, who'd apparently been figuring Jared and Jensen were just into Danneel and not each other, said, "But you like hockey!" in a vaguely scandalized tone, and then turned bright red and cut himself off from alcohol for the rest of the night.

Once Maddy is sufficiently drunk, she sidles up to Danneel and starts grilling her for details on their sex lives, which is the kind of information Danneel has never given out much. She's just not that comfortable talking about it, most of the time--it always feels like a dirty secret, and the idea that it won't be anymore is giant and staggering.

"Seriously, they're crazy hot," says Maddy morosely. "How did you do it?"

"They were my best friends," says Danneel, laughing. "And they were kind of awkward in high school."

"Jensen was really funny-looking," says Jared, dropping his arm around Danneel's shoulder and kissing her cheek. He's still being excessively touchy--even for Jared--and Danneel privately thinks he's assuring himself that they're really there.

"Like you weren't," Danneel teases. "You were so gangly."

"Yeah, but now I am a muscular Adonis," says Jared smugly. "And Jensen is still really funny-looking."

Danneel elbows him lightly.

"I like you," says Maddy, grinning at Jared. "Will you tell me about your sex life? Danneel just blushes and stammers."

"Maddy!" Danneel protests.

"Sorry," says Jared solemnly. "A gentleman never kisses and tells. My lips are sealed." He grins. "I mean, except when I'm doing the kissing that I won't tell about."

"You are such a dork," says Danneel.

"You guys are stupidly cute," says Maddy. "Seriously, it's like every teen movie ever, only with two dudes instead of one. Which just means that Danneel is really lucky."

"Well, obviously. I'm so dreamy," says Jared smugly.

"Jared, stop being an asshole and come beat Henry's ass at pool," Jensen calls from across the bar.

"I am so his knight in shining armor," says Jared.

"Whatever, I'm better at pool than you," Danneel points out.

"Which is why if I lose, I'm calling you over." Jared pecks her on the lips. "You should totally tell Maddy all about how awesome in bed we are. You're not a gentleman, you can brag. I give you permission."

Danneel swats at him as he heads off, and she's surprised to see Maddy looking thoughtfully at her. "What?" she asks.

Maddy shrugs. "I always kind of wondered why you were so--oblivious?"

"Oblivious?"

"Martin, the fertilizer guy? Totally cute and always flirting with you. And you never even noticed. Same, like, every time we go to bars. You're a total hottie and get tons of attention and you never seem to care. I never got why."

"Yeah, I've been pretty taken," says Danneel, ducking her head.

"It's sweet," says Maddy, smiling. "Kind of unconventional, and I'm totally jealous that you're hogging them, but--really sweet."

Danneel smiles. "Thanks."

"So, are they moving in with you?"

"No," says Danneel, snorting. "Jensen barely fits in my apartment, let alone Jared." She looks away, flushing slightly. "But we've got a place we found today. It's ours, pending credit check and paper work."

"Seriously, you should be a Hallmark Original Movie. Except I don't think they're ready for threesomes yet."

Danneel laughs. "Thanks for being--not weird with this." Not everyone is managing it, but Danneel doesn't care about everyone. They're nice and all, but they're not her friends.

"You guys are sweet," says Maddy. "And, like I said, I'm just really jealous."

Danneel doesn't let her get away with it. "I mean it. Thanks."

Maddy's smile softens. "No thanks necessary. But you're welcome."

*

Danneel drags herself out of bed early on Sunday for the last farmer's market of the year, and Jared, being a morning person, goes with her. They're debating how much meat they need to buy--Danneel barely eats any, but Jared apparently knows how to cook and maintains that he and Jensen are growing boys who need a lot of meat with a very lewd expression--when Jared's phone rings.

"Hello?" he tries, stepping out of the crowd to take it, and Danneel gives in and gets some steaks from her favorite farm. If Jared can cook awesome steak, she wants to know about it.

He comes back when she's getting tomatoes and squash, with a huge grin on his face, and he actually picks her up and twirls her around. "So, we got the place," he says, leaning down for a quick kiss. "I can go over and sign the papers, and we can move in Tuesday. I'm thinking we take my rental car and make Jensen come to Ikea and play house all day."

Danneel laughs. "Excited much?"

Jared's grin doesn't even waver. "I've been waiting for this since sixth grade, Danneel. "I am so fucking excited."

When he puts it like that, Danneel can't help grinning right back. "We should probably have breakfast first."

Jared laughs, clear and bright, and Danneel loves him to a ridiculous degree. "Okay, breakfast, and then the rest of our lives."

"Sap," says Danneel, but she doesn't disagree.
