Last night, after finishing work for the day, I set out to go to the Hillsborough Hotel to meet people for a Friday evening drink. As it turns out, I ended up running a little late - I got to Hillsborough corner and spotted the very beginnings of an amazing sunset. The sunset here was glorious too. I didn't have a camera with me but I stopped at watched the sun go down.

Alright, I'll grant you that's cool and let you off for being late. Must look out for a similar sunset tonight (I think DWC finishes just about in time...) :o)

If it wasn't bonedancer's stag do tonight it would've been worth heading up Thurstaston Hill and watching the sun go down over North Wales, camera in hand.
Really nice work as ever. Some days when I'm out working on a boat I really wish I had a little mini-longhairedhippy (or mini-asw909 on my shoulder to take photos, coz ,complaints of overwork and stress aside, I see some pretty damn cool things that I'd like to share with others. Everything from urban decay to spectacular landscapes/seascapes, wildlife and all sorts of fairly commonplace stuff but from odd persepctives (Conwy Castle has to have been photoed a billion times but a worm's eye view from the river is pretty cool)
