Is there a problem with it, or you just haven't got 'round to doing it yet? (I was going to put all files on MassMirror yesterday but it was a snow day - I will soon, though).

Well, I cannot download it. Tried loads of times (each time you update I try and then leave it open to try again later). I think I mentioned it but I mentioned the *wrong* one last time so I wanted to clarify this time. I can get some of the others up in massmirrors for you, it's easy for me, like I did with part 1A. I will comment with the links later, and if you can manage to put TWWGB part 1b in a massmirror some time it would be cool but there's no need to hurry, after all, listening to it would only be feeding my need for DDG updates XD.

Well, Mademoiselle Merpirate, another lovely job. The more I listen to these, the more impressed I am with your characterization; I always know who is speaking.

I am entirely in favour of the idea of skiving off studying, but I will understand if you decide that your academic future requires a bit of your attention. How you find time to squeeze school work into your ludicrously busy schedule, I have no idea. I get exhausted just reading your postings. Oh, to be young and energetic! Or middle-aged and energetic. Any kind of energetic, really.

Also, please cease and desist with the wishing snow on all of us. I understand your enthusiasm for the stuff - it's very pretty and all - but it can be damned inconvenient when one wishes to travel.

I note that a blizzard is predcted for tomorrow, just about at the time that I am getting on a plane for an absolutely critical shopping trip to Minneapolis. If I don't get to Uncle Hugo's Bookstore, it will be entirely your fault.

Wishing you all of our snow...

Thanks so much! I love doing the accents - the only ones I'm not sure about are Harry and Draco. I'm probably the only one who can tell the difference between them, unless Draco's drawling or Harry's saying "Er ( ... )

I can totally tell the difference between your Draco and your Harry. Draco's got a more rapid-fire delivery, especially when he's in the middle of a rant, and Harry's pitch is a bit lower. You're very good at the "acting" part of reading - the bits where a character stumbles over a word, or is just waking up - those little verbal ticks that make it all real, rather than just words read off a page ( ... )

Right on :) That's exactly the difference. I didn't want to give either of them a dramatically different voice in case someone hated it, and you CAN'T hate the voice of one of the main characters. However, I am beginning to talk like Draco IRL, which is kind of scary. I'm sure my friends are alarmed ( ... )

Hello! I've been listening to your readings of Maya's stories, and thanks!

When I went to see what else you've done, I decided that nothing but a rampant downloading would suit... but it appears the two Neil Gaiman stories ( The Case of the Four and Twenty Blackbirds and Instructions) haven't been downloaded in long enough that they've been taken off of sendspace :( And the part B of part 4 of the Shoebox Project lacks a link to take you to the sendspace page. I know you mentioned in an earlier post some computer troubles, so I don't know how much bother this is, but if it's not too much trouble, I would be interested in these files.

Thanks again!

I didn't think anyone was interested in downloading them, so I haven't been as attentive to keeping them active, but thanks for reminding me. I'll try to get them up as soon as possible (although if they're not back up tomorrow it will probably be a week until I can do it).

As for part 4b, that was one of the files that WavePad has eaten the last 4 minutes of. I'll put that at the top of my list to fix and make sure I'll upload it for you. It's good to have someone that wants them, that inspires me to actually fix them, lol. I'll let you know once everything's back up, if you like.

They are all back up except for 'Instructions,' which I know I uploaded but somehow mysteriously have lost all links for it (odd, since it should be stored in my sendspace folder). Anyway, 4B and Four-and-Twenty are back up, although I had to redo the last bit of 4B and it's rather crappily done. However, I added music to Four-and-Twenty, so you'll be getting the new-and-improved version.

I don't know how to inform you since you're anonymous and thus won't be getting an email of this, but hopefully you're checking back. I'll have Instructions up come Monday!
