In addition to the previous post's list of stuff I've done to get a new job, I forgot to mention that I'm retooling my resume and applying for all the jobs on craigslist that I'm remotely qualified for. So far, no luck. Also, I've decided that in a desperate measure to keep myself afloat financially, I'm going to do basic PC work for stupid people

I have no other choice. I'd be abandoning it as soon as any "real" work comes along anyway. But since I have nothing else on my plate at the moment...

You'll need some damn good luck to pull through then and since you bitch and moan about bad luck plaguing you, I don't forsee it working out at all. As said in your other post, you SHOULD have kept target, if for nothin else, a semi-steady income source in the least.

That's the problem... Target wasn't AT ALL "steady" income. I can't live on the three fucking days a week they seemed to like to like giving me. I'd rather take a cut in pay if I can be sure of getting reliable hours.
