My surgery is scheduled for July 17th!  It seems like such a long time from now.  I've been having a lot of problems with my jaw, especially lately.  To be honest with you, I'd be rejoicing if the surgery were tomorrow.  My head and face hurt almost constantly, and the pain seems to increase depending on how much time I spend looking at a computer
