I just went through the majority of the notes that I kept from 5th grade on and it really makes me laugh how small our problems were. In retrospect, I'm sure they were catastrophic at the time, but really, not having a date to the 8th grade dance? ha, I wish that was my problem

i don't know how often you are told this, but you ARE amazing.
you deserve everything life can offer, and the reason a year has gone by without one single boy is because none are even close to good enough for you.
so keep your head held high, because the worse has yet to come. but remember if you do drop your head, and fall. i am there to catch you in your free fall.
