I finally Passed my PT test: 71 push ups in 2 minutes, 76 situps in 2 minutes, and the two mile run in 15:54

Brian and I tied for 1st at KFA in Parli debate, next weekend is Ohio state.

I had my Army physical fitness test today…the second one in a month, and to a large extend, I did rather well, though I once again failed, running 5 seconds late on the mandatory 15:54 minute 2 mile, I got 15:59…..I swear to god. In the past I have been overwhelmed, but never in my opinion to this extent. The pressure is mounting for the debate tournament in Missouri this weekend, and a maelstrom of proverbial shit is about to hit the fan. It is not to say that I cannot hold my own, but to infer rather that I will find it difficult to allocate free time in the week or so. ( Read more... )

Purdue, now just a week away, well a week in three days, but no matter. WKU is a phenomenal place, from the people to the class room, I could not be happier with this school. ROTC is interesting, and has sincerely changed my life to where I now have a sense of camaraderie, one which was really missing in high school, for the exception of Debate, ( Read more... )
