This is something I never thought I'd say. But it did happen. Not just one lady, but two. With the lights off. And it was all over in a matter of minutes.

What a lovely, newsy post--more diary-like than usual. Really, you write as well as you take photos, so reading your prose is a joy.

Regarding the bright lights, I hope you two get some relief. Here, municipal complaints are addressed, but VERY showly; and rarely do inspectors visit to asses the problem first-hand. That those two ladies visited your bedroom, and requested that you turn off the lights, is a good sign, I think. Maybe you should send them one of your Penge Posey cards?
