It's coming up to 7 am and after another restless night (I slept for about 3 hours), I'm not feeling very bright.

I recently read an intelligent article that posited that dentistry is a racket in which most dentists determine the work a patient needs by enquiring about his or her insurance plan. I'm not sure it this applies in the UK where public medicine rules, but I suspect it is affects what a dentist says...and does.
