Great Story.

It reminds me of Hymn to Color. But I think this story is better. Its a better end.

Thank you!

Thanks!

Yeah, I like this one better, too.

Oh, I like this very much. Draco doesn't understand everything but he is slowly figuring it out. Hooray for an ending that makes me hope for sporadic sequels! Hint hint. :-)

Thank you!

Lots of people seem to want a sequel to this one. It's so gory and dark I'm a bit surprised, but.

You have to come back to this one please.

I would love to see how things progress during the years that Draco develops and brews the potion and how their relationship progresses (or not) and then what happens after Harry takes the potion.

How completely Slytherin that Draco would want to brew the potion for his own self interest -- getting his "enemy" back. :)

Thank you!

Well, we'll see. I don't know if I could sustain the intensity in a longer story, though.

Such a beautiful story, I like it so much. I like the way Draco's thinking evolves, from "I'm gloating like crazy" to "I'm willing to spend years working on a Dark Arts potion just to have him back (as the rival he was)" Rival, or maybe not? Who knows.
And it's so sad that Harry lost his spark (completely understandable, that), it breaks my heart. Thanks Merlin Draco is full of surprises (and resources).

Any chance you'll be making a sequel/series out of this idea?

Thank you!

Harry losing his spark is Draco's main motivation for even offering to brew the potion. There are some things that are Just Wrong to this Draco.

I have no idea, at this point.

It would be mostly Draco pushing it along.
