*happy flail* Harry getting better, and Draco staying with him! I'm sure something will happen soon to make their life difficult again. Maybe the conversation with Ron? Looking forward to the next chapter.
So, does this mean other vampire hunters will be coming after Draco? As well as other vampires coming after Harry, since his ancient wards are down now? How will he modify them to protect himself? Will he modify them? Draco's there and the vampires would only come after Draco was awake... but to put him in the position of guard dog? Actually.... I wonder if he would turn down a collar...
Yep, found my amusement for the day. Vamp!Draco on a chain-link leash tied to a stake put in the front yard. But what about the hunters that could come in the day when Harry is unguarded?
How will Harry quit his job without raising too much suspicion? And what about Ron!?
I ask far too many questions and there are only five chapters left!
Not necessarily. After all, I only have a few chapters left, and other vampire hunters would have to learn about Draco first. I don't think that Harry will tell many people, and I don't see Ron and Hermione betraying him. On the other hand, there will be a confrontation with Ron about it.
Harry actually won't have to give a lot of excuses to quit his job, as erratic as he's been acting lately. I think his bosses will probably be rather relieved.
I enjoyed this chapter tremendously! As I did with all your other chapters. I've been reading and following your stories for the past month, but only now decided that I should tell you how much I love your stories. So, thank you for sharing all your wonderful writing!
And I do wish that Harry would come out of his denial and accept Draco soon :)
Awww, this chapter was cute! I know it won't be easy for them and will have arguments for the rest of Harry's life, but this showed how Harry is willing to give Draco and life a chance. I can't wait for Ron to found out and Hermione's reaction when she meets Harry (she'll notice something's change in him). Maybe that's what'll make Ron... not be so freaked out :P
Thank you! The arguments will be long and bitter, but they're not going to be on the same level as Harry simply refusing to accept reality, the way he refused to accept that he couldn't hurt Draco for a long time.

OMG!!! I'm getting lots of happy things from you recently. :DDD
... this may be bad. Where's the other shoe? *looks around*
But still! Bwah! Draco and Harry are just so adorable together. :DDD And Harry is slowly growing more and more. :DDD

And I don't know. There's always the possibility of 'Soldier's Welcome' turning very angsty.

Ron does show up in the next chapter, and yes, he does make the situation more difficult at first instead of better.

He had made sure that Harry was as comfortable as possible instead and then-died on top of him.
and this:
Harry clung around his neck and uttered a constant stream of grumbling complaints.
I loved those. It's like they represent aspects of their relationship.
