You've really captured how draining this was for everyone, both physically and emotionally. Harry's defeating Voldemort doesn't leave anyone with a sense of joy or triumph, but with emptiness. What had to be done was done and there's nothing left over.
While I'm glad Severus survived, I was sad that Narcissa didn't. I was impressed with how Draco bore that pain in the moment. The aftermath will be very rough.
Harry really matured in a short space of time at the end. That was wonderfully written and I could feel everything that was being said from everyone's POV. Great chapter and a humble and honest ending to Voldemort. More than he deserved.
you know, I've been reading your stories for what seems like centuries, and you finally convinced me to create an account... I've wanted so many times to tell you just how amazing your writing is (I'm sorry if I make an ass of my English, I'm Spanish and english teaching here is a wonderfull big shit where you learn absolutely nothing...) that I've decided today was the day: Thank you so much for improving Harry Potter and its characters. I'm so happy of having known your wide work, begining with that story where Harry transformed himself in a beautiful Brian to accomplish the needs of our dear Draco. Since then I couldn't stop reading many of your fanfictions, and this one, like the others, is priceless. I'm sincerely longing for the last chapter, even if it is just the epilogue what comes right now. You really know how to make each word necesary. Really, from now on, you'll hear from me on "Their Phoenix", "Company Manners", "Universal Chaos", and whatever you'll come with.
