Next month I am going to start volunteering with Refugee Transitions, tutoring students in english as a second language. I don't know who I will be working with, but I applied as a volunteer because I had an interest in the Bhutanese refugees, in part because my knowledge of Nepali language will be applicable. No matter what it will be interesting.

I am officially enrolled at DVC.

I'm very capable of being entirely happy. I love myself very genuinely, however I don't worship myself. I love myself like I love other people, and it's very easy to be let down. I am so dissapointed that the Dalai Lama was in Berkeley yesterday giving a talk and I had not known. I would definitely have gotten tickets for it. :(

So i was helping my mom set up her new gmail account, and while importing her contacts discovered that my full name on gmail is entered as "Miss Chrissy Frances Anderson III" I do not remember setting my full name as that. I just have to accept the fact that I really like bluegrass.

My Dad fell off my Mom's horse today. Well technically he jumped, but only because the horse freaked and they would most likely have a hit a tree if he hadn't had the foresight to jumped.
