I FEEL LIKE SUCH A DIRTY FIRST-POSTER lotusvivi December 21 2009, 03:34:41 UTC
What the hell was she doing here? How had she ended up here? It had just been a walk through the snowcovered city, cause she felt like it, and even if it was late, she liked walking at night. Most of the time, there was nobody else outside, and the silence was nice, compared to the daily traffic.

Kim tilted her head, just looking at the ring in front of her. A fighting ring? It looked like one, at least if the wrestling shows on TV weren't lying. Of course it didn't look as fancy, but still...

" Hey!" she was almost knocked over when someone pushed past her, but luckily she didn't fall, and she glared over at whoever it was. " Watch it!" she warned.

People were filing in with varying degrees of gusto, smug bravado, sulking, skulking and impatience, coming in from the cold to a warehouse not much better off but for its resistance to the wind chill, and from the vantage point of a stack of old, rotting but hearty crates, Raivis watched them all ( ... )

Of all the places she could be, exactly what compelled Lenna to be here again, she had no idea. Dressed again in her disguise (which worked wonders the last time when she had been avoiding just about everyone there), she had accidentally shoved past a figure in the dark when she had been told to watch it. She almost froze at the voice but decided it would be best to just continue walking.

She didn't really want to confirm whether or not that was her friend or not.

A look at the center stage showed the same host as last time, but he was huddling his arm. Obviously not a good sign. After securing the hood on her head to prevent it from revealing her face, she wandered to the back, assured by the hidden location.

Lenna didn't want to be found but unlike last time, there was no Kim. If her friend was really here, Kim would have to fight, and there was no way any one else was going to go up against her.

Gilbert had heard about this by chance. A rumor on the streets. One that he had beaten back out of the gossips, talking about it. Didn't they know the first rule of fight club? Apparently Gilbert was so awesome that the rule didn't even fucking apply.

As he walked towards the ring, he saw people he didn't recognize and one long-haired guy from the bar. The others were short, women, or injured in some combination. This looked like it wouldn't even be a challenge. None of these people even seemed like a threat.

"Really?!" he shouted out into the empty arena. "Fuck man, I thought this was a fight club, not a sewing circle. Can anyone here actually fucking fight?" He cracked his knuckles and stared down the meager room, "I was expecting fighters not the local cheerleading squad. This is so fucking pathetic."

No one replied so he just continued, "At least this will be easy. You might as well just go home now."

Finally, he singled out the guy with the eyepatch. "And you! You were at that bar! You're dating that other long-haired fag

Kim rubbed her shoulder a bit, slightly annoyed that the person didn't even apologize. She was also glad she'd tucked her hair up in a low bun in the neck, she didn't wanna risk anyone grabbing it. And her sweater and jacket seemed a bit big, just making her look more like a boy. But tonight, she for once didn't care. It seemed to be a big amount of boys anyway. She looked at the ring, and around, wondering what kind of people actually came to a place like this.

Re-tying her winter boots, she then heard some guy suddenly shouting around at everyone, complaining about whatever. What was his problem? And who was he talking to?

When he suddenly pointed out some guy, Kim had to look the same way. She was slightly hidden between a couple of large guys, who probably hadn't even noticed her small self. But whoever the guy was pointing at, she couldn't really see from where she was standing, so she gave up.
