V for Vendetta of the Sheeply Kind

WHO: Arthur, Dewi, Macbeth (Open to Anyone, Kirkland Clan Highly Encouraged~)
WHEN: THE 5TH OF NOVEMBER (Night!)
WHERE: Dearest Dewi's Dwelling
WHAT: Remember, remember the fifth of November - The Reginald replacing plot. I see much reason why Reginald's replacement should probably be forgot.

It was with little hesitation that Arthur tromped into Dewi’s house, tray in hand and (if one were to squint) less of scowl carved into his face. He had no reservations about entering his brother’s home without knocking, as he knew tonight of all nights the door surely would be opened. And really, If Dewi gave a rat’s arse about it he should have opted out of this bizarre little tradition of theirs years ago.

Oh yes, nothing quite like a Bonfire Night to bring the family together. Granted, this only happened when they lived close enough together. No reason they should make a cross-country or overseas trip for such a silly little gathering. And it wasn't as if this really bought all of his brothers together - simply just whoever bothered to show up. More often that not, that resulted in just Dewi and him taking part in the festivities...and sometimes their eldest brother, if he was so inclined. Though really, Arthur wasn't heartbroken about such a situation. In fact he counted his lucky stars that certain others didn't show up - the twins for example. Oh god, the twins. He still couldn’t believe that they were close enough to actually drop by (or rather that live in same bloody city in an impossible widespread country). Frankly, he would have preferred another unknown brother popping up over their presence in Liberty.

Shaking off the unsettling thought (but really, they probably wouldn’t come - they knew Dewi and he were...well, generally on decent terms with each other), Arthur shed his coat - a bit a feat with a tray in one’s hand - and managed to hang it in the closet by the entryway. Before he closed the door a tuft of tartan patterned woolen cloth that seemed to belong to a coat caught his eye - a coat he knew the owner of the house didn't possess.

Ah, so Dewi and he wouldn’t be alone tonight then.

“Oi, Dewi! You had better have gotten more than parkin this year, or else you won’t get a single piece of this toffee! You too Macbeth!” He called out, announcing his presence to his two brothers who by the sounds of it seemed to be in the kitchen.

Regardless of what he said, Arthur would make his brothers try some of his homemade bonfire toffee. He was positive that he gotten the recipe right this time and he was eager to flaunt his treacle-baking prowess to his brothers and make them admit that no, he didn't burn every single piece of food he touched, thank you.

Indeed, this would be a day that they would remember (remember) for a long time.
