Not long after Ludwig, Macbeth arrived, dressed for the occasion. Retro long sleeved Scotland shirt, long shorts and knee high socks, only the worn Nike trainers ruined the look. Shrugging the rucksack that hung off one of his shoulders (change of clothes since his work had refused to give him the full day off) he walked towards the German. "You look excited." He said, a half smile on his lips as he chucked his bag in the general direction of the picnic table before holding a hand out to the man. "Macbeth, I think your my captain."

Where they early, Macbeth vaguely pondered as he glanced around the empty park. He had expected a few more people already, like the type who could probably tell him the current standings for the Scottish Premier League it was probably Rangers or Celtic.

Punctuality was not a noteworthy quality of hers, but Natalia arrived earlier than most. All for brother, she said, but the absence of two people would have made Plan A possible. No matter, she had a basket full of sandwiches, half laced with a substance weak enough to cause indigestion - Plan B. Without her efforts to handicap the opposing team, Galante was still on her side. that she knew well before the game started. Should he ever commit a crime against her, she would wait for him where Ivan could not see with a clenched fist. The real problem was Alfred, who never liked losing, nor did he enjoy playing at an unfair disadvantage. Would the knife she hid under her skirt convince him otherwise ( ... )

Whatever that reason was, Raivis didn't want to hear it. He really hadn't been planning on overhearing anything but foliage tended to blindside him even at the best of times and he'd found it wasn't simply that tall, muscular blonde man seated at the picnic table, speaking with- at the least, who he thought might have been- one of Peter's older brothers, but Natalia as well. The tree under which they congregated had effectively barred that trap from view. He had walked in entirely unsuspecting.

He tugged at the collar of his jersey, swallowing thickly the saliva that seemed to stick in his throat. The fabric of his long sleeved undershirt was abruptly unbearably itch inducing.

His fingers traced along the small embroidered Latvian flag above his heart.

He was going to need the strength of a god to survive this encounter in one piece. Why-oh-why had he thought that going out to play futbol with strangers was a good idea?

Because it was futbol ( ... )

It was very rare for Kim to take a day off from school. She'd thought it would happen during the weekend, but so be it. At least the shorts and t-shirt still fit, she hadn't used it in a while. And for once, she was wearing sneakers. Rather comfy, she thought, and found the park.

A couple of people were already there. Kim recognized Mac, but he was on the other team. Oh, well, who cares? It's just a friendly match anyway. She stretched, and headed over to a bench, and sat down, figuring she could just wait for the rest to show up.

The bag she'd brought with her had a bottle of water, and a couple of sandwiches. They'd come in handy later, she wasn't hungry right now.

Florrie happily walked onto the green grass, breathing in the good air. It feels good to outside she thought to herself. She brought her special red jersey with the logo of the Belgian football team above her heart, with red shorts striped with white on the side. Always a fan of the sport, she never failed to bring out the jersey. She sported a red headband for this event; besides, it would be nice to get out of the Emporium to stretch the legs, play some ball. She brought a ball to practice with and a small jug of water. Since chocolate would be terrible in this weather never know when it could change and candy would be terrible, she brought some waffles for her team. I should apologize to Kimmy, I know she loves chocolates... but that would have to wait until later.

Lifting herself from her thoughts, she spotted Kimmy and Raivis! She walked on over, "Hello!" She kissed Kimmy's and Raivis' cheeks as per greeting, "Is this all of us? I figured there would be, you know, more." Florrie looked around to see the other team. Hmm, the ( ... )
