WHO: Sindre and Willem WHEN: Friday, 4 February, 21:43ish. WHERE: Willem's place WHAT: Willem is introduced to The Great Slash Dragon British television in America.
Willem took the beer, motioning Sindre towards the living room. He himself moved to the kitchen, grabbing them each one of the beers before putting the rest in fridge. He returned to the living room with them tucked under his arm, a small bowl of mixed vegetables in one hand and a plate of cut vegetables with ranch in the other. The plate and beers he set down on the coffee table, the bowl he took to the makeshift playpen in the corner where Nijntje sat chewing on the center of a paper towel roll. She looked up at his approach, and then hopped over to begin munching on her dinner.
“I hope you don’t mind that she’s out,” Willem said as he made his way to the couch. “I haven’t been home all day and I’d like to give her the chance to run around a bit.”
Shaking his head, Sindre knelt down by the rabbit. "I don't mind at all; what's her name?"
Reaching out to touch her, Sindre frowned when the rabbit skittered away from him. He tried a few more times, but each time she darted off. He hadn't expected a pet rabbit to be so nervous around humans. Although, he realized, he did live with a troll. He probably smelled like a predator.
Standing up, Sindre joined Willem on the couch. Taking one of the beers from him, he popped it open as he settled in.
"We have about fifteen minutes before the show starts," he informed Willem. "How have you been?"
“Her name is Nijntje,” he replied. He watched as the Norwegian reached out to pet her, frowning a bit when she shied away.
“Try again after she’s done eating,” he suggested. “But she may take a bit to warm up.”
Søren had come over several times before Nijntje would regard him with anything less than hesitance. Although his sister had had very little trouble, so maybe she just preferred girls.
He took a drink of his own beer as the other man sat down next to him.
“I’ve been good. Busy though, between work and school.”

He nodded at Willem's summation of his past few days. "You seem to have had to rush off more frequently lately. I had been wondering."
Taking another drink, Sindre hesitated before asking, "Is Søren back at the Winchester?"
